I recently purchased the flagship model of the much talked about Vitamix brand. The Vitamix 5200. I have to tell you, I was extremely skeptical about how a blender was worth so much money. Personally, I never understood the hype about the blender in the first place. I got to tell you, after 3 weeks with this bad boy, my opinion completely changed. That is why I am creating this Vitamix Blender 5200 Review.

The main reason I got it is because my sister in law could not stop raving about it during the Holidays. I kept telling her that I really did not see the need, nor did I really think a blender was worth so much. She kept telling me to trust her. I am glad I took the leap. I must admit in this Vitamix Blender 5200 Review I was completely blown away by the construction of this blender. Right when I took it out of the box, I immediately felt the difference between my $50 blender vs. the 5200. The Vitamix 5200 was extremely sturdy feeling and just felt durable. Whereas, my cheap blender felt as if it was going to break if I blended a single apple.

I have never found myself using a blender so much. I thought I would probably use it once a day. Boy was I wrong. I have ended up using the 5200 for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It literally has limitless amounts of uses. I use it for blending smoothies, making pancakes, almond milk, and salsa!

I can tell right now, this purchase is going to pay for itself. I have been able to save tons of money by making my own salsa, guacamole, and almond milk. I used to purchase a ton of products that I can now make myself. I estimated that it would take around 2 years for this blender to pay for itself, in savings alone.

The good news about this blender is that I do not have to worry about it breaking or malfunctioning. It is backed with an ironclad 7 year warranty. That is literally longer than the warranty on my car! I must say, Vitamix knows what they are doing in the blender market. They are the top dogs for a reason.
